As a full-time CENTURY 21 Real Estate professional since 2002, I am dedicated to providing the highest quality service possible. I pride myself on my attention to detail, an unwavering standard of honesty and integrity, and always putting my client's best interests first and foremost. I spent my childhood in Fairfax County and have lived in Prince William County since 1998. I believe that the people who work with me deserve straight talk tempered by compassion, unparalleled service, and an incredible real estate experience.
My local market expertise and knowledge of the community will benefit you whether you are serious about buying or selling a home at this time, or whether you are simply interested in learning more about your options. I consider Northern Virginia to be an excellent place to live and believe in giving back to my community through involvement in CENTURY 21 New Millennium's charitable efforts on behalf of the Children's Hospital, volunteering with my local food pantry and the 'Girls on the Run' Program at the Kilby Elementary School.

Kelly brought up certain aspects of homes to our attention which we otherwise would not have been aware of. When it came to negotiating the offer, she went above and beyond to secure a great deal. We were impressed by how she handled the appraisal reconsideration process. Kelly provided detailed comps that were well-researched, which ultimately made our lender present a different amount for the second appraisal to ensure that we would move forward with a fair offer that was agreeable to all parties. Kelly was such a pleasure to work with and truly had our best interest in mind during the entire process. Her professionalism shown through in many scenarios and provided great communication!

Buyer reviewKelly helped us navigate our second purchase in the area very professionally and expertly. She helped us look in many areas of northern Virginia and gave advice on multiple houses we were interested in. We were under contract after just a month of looking. Her market analysis told us the house was overpriced so we put in a fair market price offer that was successful, and we didn't have to waive inspection. Even though we waived the right to negotiate inspection, she still helped us get a sellers credit when a few issues popped up on the inspection. Everything was seemless and we closed on the house with no setbacks. Will always recommend Kelly to our friends!

Seller reviewKelly did such a great job selling our property. There were many townhouses for sale in our neighborhood around the time of ours. Kelly identified the best time for us to list, did a price analysis and kept an eye on the market (which led to us adjusting the sales price), identified things we needed to do to get the house ready for market, and ordered excellent photos for the listing. All of this led to us getting 5 offers and price escalation that the other townhouses did not get. So very happy with Kelly!
