Seller reviewI sold four properties that Kelly had listed for me. Two of the properties were multiunit rental properties with tenants that would not vacate the premises. The vacant units were in disrepair from many years of renters. Kelly gave me input on current color schemes and finishes to make the remodeled units attractive to potential buyers. Kelly was able to build a relationship with the tenants to schedule showings, inspections and appraisals. That was difficult and complicated at times with tenants that refused to move, all this taking place during the state of Illinois' non-eviction order in place. Kelly was referred to me by a friend of mine who has been in the industry for many years. My future referrals to anyone looking for a listing agent would go to Kelly West.

She was there every step of the process to make sure we had a smooth transition moving from out of state. Her recommendations for lenders and inspectors were top notch and I know we got the best deal because of her. Kelly has great communication! She's always ready with answers or quick to get us to the right person to get those answers. I always felt like we were her top priority and focus.
