Buyer reviewWe lived out of town, and could only view houses on the weekend. Kelsey Barnhart showed us homes whenever we asked. She never told us no. We appreciated that she was willing to take us to every home that we requested a viewing. Kelsey was patient with us, explained the home buying process, and answered every question we had in a timely manner. She's loving, patient, and treats you like family, which makes everything so easy. I would gladly work with her again and again. The way she talks to her clients is everything-so kind and understanding. I first met her when I went to see one of her open houses. I didn't like that particular house, but she immediately offered to help me find another one. At first, I thought it might be complicated, but everything went so smoothly. She never got upset with me, no matter how many questions I asked. I could call or text her anytime, and she always responded quickly with no delays. Her personality, patience, and professionalism make her stand out. She is truly a joy to work with.

When I heard about a possible townhome soon to go on the market, Kelsey Barnhard was right on top of things for me. She helped me put in an offer the day it went on the market and it was readily accepted. Kelsey Barnhart assisted me in the preparation of getting my original house ready to be put on the market. She, along with her team leader, made a selling plan which was very successful. The house was on the market 5&1/2 days with 67 showings and received 13 offers. Closing was a month later and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely reccommend Kelsey to anyone in need of a great Realtor.
