I went into it knowing absolutely nothing, but she explained everything thoroughly and was able to answer all of my excessive questions. The process went so smoothly and so much of that is due to how on top of it Kelsey was throughout the whole thing. She was awesome at communicating so I always knew what was going on and what to expect next. I am so appreciative that she was able to make it such a positive experience, even during crazy times!

We were unable to go to our reinspection due to our work schedules and Kelsey was there to represent us and review all our TRR items for us and even took pictures and everything.
