Seller reviewMy wife and I have known Kelsey for a long time and felt very comfortable entrusting the sale of our home to her. Kelsey gets high marks here across the board. Before retirement, I was in sales and sales management and the things that Kelsey does instinctively are the skill sets that really are hard to train some one to do that doesn't already have them. She employs them well. Kelsey had another agent help out when she was out of pocket for awhile, C21 did not leave us uncovered! We listed our property in a slowing market, so of course values drop and anxiousness about maintaining two residences builds and without Kelsey holding our hand and encouraging us that yes our house will sell, we would have become very discouraged. She also used the Century 21 team when questions about strategies (ie:do any upgrades like painting or show home the furnished, drop the price?), she would consult others there and then make suggestions, she almost never said this is what you have to do. We appreciated that because the three of us were involved in the sale, not just her.
