Since 2007, I have been helping clients reach their goals, and doing so in the most professional fashion possible. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at San Diego in 2008. After working in the field for a short time, I found my true calling in Real Estate. My ability to talk with people and problem solve made real estate a perfect fit for me. I obtained my Real Estate License in 2008 and have worked in the industry ever since. My previous experience includes Property Management and helping clients Buy or Sell their home. In 2012 I received my Real Estate Brokers license and have recently joined the team at Century 21 Award. My expertise in the San Diego market and the outstanding resources of Century 21 Award give my clients the satisfaction that I can provide them the best quality service out there.

Seller reviewKen Schwartz is a wonderful realtor. He estimated what we could get for our condo and said he could sell it in one week. He sold it in one weekend and got more than asking price. What I liked best is he always got back to me when I had a concern or question. He did not push with the purchase or the sale but looked out for my best interest. Ken is a true professional and phenomenal realtor. We have dealt with several other realtors with different home purchases in the past and Ken is leaps and bounds above the rest. His knowledge of the entire process from start to finish and all of the help he provided was amazing. He was the reason this whole transaction went smoothly and on time despite many shortfalls with the lender and seller's realtor. Ken is an expert at what he does and we would definitely like to work with him again for the purchase of our next home in San Diego. Ken knows how to work with Navy Federal Credit Union and all of the ins/outs of the various loans that they offer. Super knowledgable! If you are using NFCU as a lender, definitely go with Ken Schwartz!
