As a young couple with eccentric tastes buying in a hot, low inventory market we were uncertain we would find our almost paradoxical dream home. In fact we started months earlier than needed in our search. After all how many contemporary homes sitting on a few acres zoned rural minutes to shoping are on the market under 250k? But we found our house quickly and Kenbra was patient and helped us with the anxiety of first time home buying.

Kenbra was very informative on any questions i had. I was a little demanding in what i wanted to list the house for sale. She went above and beyond to help me and make the sale. When Kenbra came to the house to talk to me about listing it with her. I had several demands that i needed to list with her. She agreed to my terms and told me i was under value on my price. I was very pleased with her honesty and what she informed me of. Kenbra called me every few days to inform me of all progress until the day i sold the house. I have to give Kenbra an A plus in everything she did for me. Kenbra looked at the house and told me it was worth more than i was going to list it for. Boy was i pleased. Within hours of listing the house she had a contract. ( That sale fell through on the buyers.) so it was relisted. and again! within hours she had 2 buyers in a bidding match. and when i talked to her she explained the good/ bad of each bid , She explained all the details before i made my decision. Kenbra kept me informed on all aspects of the process. I was very pleased with this sale and how it was handled. ( and i have sold several homes) I will use Kenbra in any future deals
