I don't know how we could have made the transition from Pennsylvania to Myrtle Beach without Kendall. We knew from day one that she was a person that could truly be trusted to have our best interrests first and formost. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable. She walked us through all of the details of searching, researching and finally purchasing. There was never any high pressure or even a hint of her working in self interest. We have come to view her to be as close as a family member. Through her efforts we finally found the home of our dreams for our retirement. Due to the recent climate changes in interest rates, covid and other factors, this purchase took much longer than either I or Kendall ever thought it would. But Kendall showed the utmost professionalism, patience and understanding throughout. SHe was not only professional, but extremely personable and just fun to work with. My goal to to buy more condo's in Myrtle in the future and Kendall will always be my agent of choice.
