Buyer reviewI had been referred to Kenna by a colleague and she took me to view some homes while I was visiting Plattsburgh. She was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgable. Kenna had so much advice about the local area and housing stock. After this experience, there was no question of choosing any other agent to help us our have a home. I cannot recommend Kenna highly enough. As we are not yet based in Plattsburgh, there was quite a bit of extra work on her behalf, such as walk-throughs, liaising with the attorney and making enquiries about banking options. She did these all on her own initiative and very quickly and efficiently. Again, I cannot recommend. Kenna highly enough. As well as her professionalism, she is just a nice person with a lovely outlook, and so working with her is easy and enjoyable, If we are ever in a position to purchase another property, I will certainly go straight to Kenna. I will recommend her to all my colleagues and friends when we arrive in Plattsburgh.

She was great about answering all of the questions we had without making us feel like they were silly questions. She was always there to help with anything she could. Her attention to detail while looking at houses is very helpful. She is honest, which is something that is so helpful when going through this process. Buyer reviewKenna is friendly and knowledgeable and also, importantly, attentive. Kenna took the time to explain everything and made us feel as though we were a high priority for her. She accommodated every request we made without hesitation and allowed us time to make our final decision based on the needs and wants we had. The issues that arose regarding items in the home inspection were addressed immediately and taken care of. There was never a delay in Kenna's responses to our questions or concerns and the entire process was as smooth as it could be. As first time home buyers we could not have asked for a better experience. We are thrilled with our new home and will be able to remember the process of purchasing it fondly. Kenna was a great realtor and communicated well with the other folks working with us through the process.
