Ken provided an invaluable service in our search for a home in Geneva area; his professionalism and expertise were second to none and we highly recommend him for anyone in need of finding a perfect home. We were in a tough situation; short of time and searching remotely from Minnesota. Ken was our eyes and ears on the ground. We only had his reports to base our decisions and we are glad that we followed his advise! When we had questions for home inspections, for local mortgage provider, for appraiser etc, he had excellent suggestions.
