I am very concerned about possible environmental toxins and hazards in some homes (mold,asbestos), as I have a baby and environmental allergies. I feel confident with him as our realtor and he eased a lot of my stress. His knowledge and advice was instrumental in getting us to the point where we could make small improvements and list our home. He is very patient and devotes a great deal of time to his clients. My husband works long hours and I have a baby so I didn't see how logistically we could make the necessary improvements, list and sell our home. Ken made the entire process seem simple and took care of all the logistics. Without Ken we wouldn't be currently looking for a new home.
