While we built a new home we had waited to put our existing home on the market. Kent Miller sold our property quickly, made sure there was an agreement in place so we would not have to move out until we were ready to, and assisted in the closing. His photography and online marketing of our home was superb. We have already recommended him to a relative who is also selling a home in our area.

Our selection was easy. We were familiar with the area and were friends of Kent Miller. We are very difficult buyers and made short time (coming in from Chicago) demands on Kent's time. He always accommodated us and it is very much appreciated. When Kent was not available, (out of town) he always assigned us someone who was very knowledgeable and it was obvious that Kent had filled the person in on all the details of our search.

We know Kent and have used him when we purchased our prior home. Kent is conscientious and we would not have used anyone else. Kent went above and beyond what most realtors would have done. Our buyers were not out of the house the morning of closing, and wouldn't have gotten the move completed for at least several days. Our movers were coming the very next morning to move us into our new home. Kent raised "an army" for us, which enabled us to pack the sellers up (filled two large moving vans), and we were able to have possession by 4:30 that afternoon. He was amazing, and got the job done! I don't know if other realtors would have gone so far as to do all of that. Thanks again, Kent!
