I strive to deliver excellence in action, ensuring the final outcome meets my client's expectations, while maintaining my personal and professional integrity at all times. I specialize and have broad experience in both overseas-to-stateside and in Cartus moves, going above and beyond by accommodating the military family's members needs and serving as their advocate, to include such factors as: ever-changing time constraints, time-zone differences, and last-minute changes of duty station orders. I am highly efficient, goal-oriented, and honored to work with those who defend my country and the families who support them. Real Estate is my passion and selling a home to or for a military client lends me an unspoken sense of pride and accomplishment.

Buyer reviewKent went above and beyond with this sale. We are out of town buyers and so it was extra important to us that he was detail oriented, which he was. We were very happy that he took the time to "FaceTime" walkthrough potential homes with us. When we finally chose a house, he was helped us come up with a fair offer that we were happy with and was accepted by the buyer on the first attempt. He was especially helpful negotiating the repair addendum - the seller's closing agent did not communicate with any of us, so he had to put a lot of extra effort in in order to make the sale happen. Kent was also extremely easy to reach throughout the sale. Overall we were extremely impressed with his actions during the entire process.
