Buyer reviewThe only problem is that your scale doesn't go higher than Excellent.....could not ask for a better agent and experience. We found, negotiated and purchased a home in Carlsbad from Ohio (darn near sight unseen) and Kerri made the process seemless. She conducted Facetime walk through of houses for us, lined up all the neccessary people...incredible. Without a doubt, we will use her everytime.

We got asking price for our house within a couple weeks. The process was made so easy thanks to Kerri. Selling and buying houses can feel stressful. But when you have a team like Kerri has, it takes the stress away. My wife is a worry wagon but Kerri's team and having the knowledge and expertise to sell our house eased her mind.
