Buyer reviewKerri took the time to listen to our needs as well as wants for our family. She never pressured us into trying to make a home fit our family. She stressed that we would know when we found "the one." Kerri worked outside of normal hours to accommodate our sometimes abnormal work schedules. She was organized and punctual in returning messages and getting us information. When a family situation came up when it was time to close on our home and move, Kerri worked to make the closing go flawlessly so I could be with family in another state. Kerri became part of our family during our three year search for our home.

Buyer reviewKerri Walker was with us every step of the way. If she did not remind us of upcoming appointments, her assistant did. She was truly a part of our "team", and everyone she put us in contact with was "top notch". Pertaining to the characteristics section, "Excellent" was chosen because there was no higher option. I could give examples of each individual point if asked to do so. One example I will share is her ability to answer my many questions. She not only answered the questions, but was sure we understood the answer, and at times the options if there were any. This in itself can speak to Clear Communication, Approachable, Respectful, Helpful, as well as a few others. There are many decisions that get made when buying a house to make a forever home. Selecting Kerri Walker to help you is an easy one. Thank you Kerri for everything!!!

Very professional and full of helpful advice, from a painter they work with that was awesome, to flooring advice, selection, and installation. I was presented with clear and thorough documentation every step of the way. They went well above my expectations and made the process smooth and enjoyable. They knew exactly who to go to, what was best, and where to get it. They even helped me to put in final touches just before listing. Absolutely recommend them!
