I recommend Kerrie to anyone who is interested in buying a home. Whether it is your first time or seven hundredth. She is the realtor for you. Her experience, professionalism and vast network of contacts makes her a valuable asset to have on your team. She works well with others (sellers, buyers, other realtors, brokers, mortgage companies, title companies, etc.). Everyone I spoke with said they had very good experiences with Kerrie and always confident in her abilities. The seller of the house I purchased did not use a realtor to sell, but had used one before when he bought the house. He said that he wished he had known Kerrie because he would have used her because his realtor did not do half of the things that his previous one did, which ended up costing him more money in the long run. I think it says a lot when a seller compliments your realtor. I appreciate all of Kerrie's hard work and dedication to my purchase. She is an awesome realtor and good people! I'm so happy I got to work with her.
