This was my first time dealing w Kerry Howell , I had used other agents in the past and did not have experience so I was reluctant to use an agent again. Kerry was always checking in w us. He communicated everything promptly and effectively. He was helpful in all aspects, he was always responsive if we had a concern w something. He was hands down the best agent we could have had . He made buying a new house a great experience!!!

They worked with us through the initial occupancy by our tenant as well as clean-up, repair and "polishing" needed to showcase our home for the actual sale process. They were especially helpful during negotiations providing sales data and market advice during contract negotiations They were always upbeat and pleasant. They were absolutely essential during closing with a short pend to close period. They were completing well flow tests and shipping boxes to us on closing day. Great Broker.
