Kerry has an excellent grasp on the local real estate market, which was very helpful when establishing an appropriate listing price. She priced our home perfectly, higher than we expected, and it sold quickly at the asking price. While awaiting the closing, Kerry kept a careful eye on our home, as we had returned home to Canada. Throughout the closing process Kerry remained proactive, calm, patient and communicated well with us with regard to delays resulting from an incredibly robust real estate market.
