She always made herself available for our questions and house tours (and we saw many). Then she worked diligently to negotiate on our behalf for the house we wanted for what we wanted to pay for it. On the selling side she was available for our many open houses any weekend we needed, was a calming presence through the roller coaster of purchase agreements that came and went, and helped manage our needs and expectations when interest rates changed the market.
