I really liked his calm and reassuring demeanor and I especially liked his patience as my wife and I weren't particularly on the same page with regards to what we wanted in our new vacation home. He was also patient and understanding in showing us a LOT of properties and revisiting a few as well. He understands the local market and provided a lot of insight and guidance along the way. We truly enjoyed working with him and we had a lot of fun doing it. I would recommend Kevin without any hesitation whatsoever!

Kevin with his broker Cheryl kept us informed during the entire process and handled any questions we had. Transaction was competed in a timely manner and very efficient.
