Mr. Grant communicated with me on every aspect of the sale. He even called to just check on me and my move to the Tampa area. Seller reviewKevin Grant went the extra mile to keep me informed and staying in touch as to progress when I had to probate a will. That's why it took so long to actually sell. Otherwise it took a very short time to actually find a buyer. Getting title insurance was where the holdup for actually selling was. I was not aware a will had to be probated in order to get title insurance.
