Born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, Kevin has been serving the real estate community since 2005. Kevin attended the University of California at Riverside where he obtained his bachelors degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Finance. Upon graduating college Kevin pursued a career in real estate at a very early age. Over his career, Kevin has seen both the high's and low's of a real estate market and the primary focus has always been achieving the goals of his clients based on a few fundamental principles. The principles are integrity, innovation and transparency with the client top of mind. These simple principles which he follows has generated quick and efficient results for his clients. Saving his clients not only time but money as well. Kevin is a top agent in the San Gabriel Valley, and has also volunteered his time towards the industry becoming the youngest president in 2016 of the West San Gabriel Valley Realtors. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to the industry, including REALTOR of the Year in 2017 as well as the Centurion award (given to the top producing agents within Century 21) in 2015, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
