With more than 30 years of combined experience in the building industry and real estate business, I have gained a true understanding of home construction and design, as well as the many steps involved in the process of purchasing and selling a home. Prior to starting my career, I earned an Associates Degree in engineering from CCRI as well as a Bachelor Degree in business from Rhode Island College. As a Realtor, I am dedicated to providing my clients with personalized guidance and service through each and every step of a real estate transaction.

He even drove my wife and daughter around to look at homes and communities while I was at work so that they would have a better feel of the local areas. Because we lived in another state, he took videos of the home we finally purchased to send to us as we did not have an opportunity to tour the house before leaving town during our house hunting trip. He also handled the inspection with the home inspector for us. I have no doubts about Kevin's integrity in the business and am glad to say that my family and I now consider him a friend.
