Seller reviewKevin Vader is He is very easy to work with and provides plenty of information, but he also listens to what my input was. Professional, on time, great communicator. Listed my house on a Monday and I had a contract by Friday. He had scheduled a "Open House" for the weekend and went ahead with it just in case the contract fell through. I didn't have to do much of anything, Kevin handled it all, which I loved. Awesome to work with, will definitly work with him again.
