Seller reviewWhen I first bought this property in 2020 I needed a realtor in the area and found Kia. She was not the listing agent (the listing agent left something to be desired) but she went out of her way to get me in to see the property and was great through the whole process. When I wanted to sell, there was no question Kia would be my realtor. From the beginning she was the best. She promptly answers questions and responds to phone calls, texts, and emails. She listed my house on a Wednesday, by Sunday I had an acceptable offer. I can't say enought about her. If I should need a realtor again in this area, Kia Simon will be my go-to choice.

My husband and I were in a stressful life changing situation and her forsight and insight as well as her expertise with showings, staging, and discussing and helping us make quick decisions with offers was extremely helpful. Although we were a distance away, she made it up our way to make sure all was going well. I was able to depend heavily on Kia while taking care of personal matters. Kia is warm and friendly, understanding, and supportive, knowledgeable and communicative, respectful and very helpful. More than words can express, I was very grateful and thankful to have her as our realtor.

She is patient and comfortable to talk to and that is really important to understand our requirements in our time of need.
