Buyer reviewKim , has been very patient and updated me when needed due to 2 delays from buyers end. First I was in Pensacola , 4 days before closing on house there, hurricane Sally delayed all activities! Then arriving in Texas for purchase in 3days discovered lender had not received appraisal 3 weeks previous, had to be reordered. So buyer and seller were disadvantaged.for another 3 weeks. But Kim kept in contact with necessary parties to facilitate progress to closing yesterday. So I highly recommend her actions and professional approach.
