When it came time to settle an estate, we were not sure which way to turn. Having known Kim for many years, I reached out to her for information and we immediately knew I contacted the right agent. Kim offered suggestions on ways to get the property ready to list. We followed her direction to the last detail and, as a result, had the property sold in two weeks. The closing was extended beyond Kim's or our control, until the buyer was able to finalize the sale. Kim stayed in contact keeping me updated every step of the way, putting us at ease. I was selling my late mother's house and no longer live in the area. I am a bit young so I had no real experience with real estate. Kim was very considerate and helpful throughout the process and always patiently explained the process without making me feel badly for my lack of knowledge. My mother's home was like her baby, and I really wanted a homebuyer who would love our home and she really did keep that in mind in communicating with homebuyers.
