There was no doubt we would be using Kim as the broker when we started searching for a home to purchase. Kim was very thorough during the entire home buying process. She made sure we understood all aspects of the purchasing process and the contract terms. She was always willing to schedule showings according to our requests. Her feedback during those showings was greatly appreciated. Her willingness to be proactive in finding a property in the areas we were most interested in led to our eventual purchase. Kim did an outstanding job to help us locate and purchase our home. It was not an easy task, given the current market conditions.
