Seller reviewWe chose Kim to represent us because our agent we used prior to was no longer in real estate, and Kim represented the sellers of the property when we purchased it seven years prior to. She was familiar with the home, with our family, and what needed to be done to sell it well. Kim always kept open and honest communication with each showing and feedback from other agents. She went above and beyond checking on the condition of the house, as we had moved out prior to selling. Our well-being as a family was always top priority to her which is why I will continue to recommend her services to anyone in need or realtor.

Seller reviewI had my house on the market before with other agencies, once they get you signed we felt there was. It much interaction. Not with Kim, she was on top of what was going on in the market and we felt she was most active and caring about getting our house shown to the right people. In the end Kim went beyond duty helping us get the house closed. I hope people do ask us about who to use, we been through a few and I will tell them there is only one, Kim Potter Century 21 agency.
