Kim Price of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company

My husband and I would definitely recommend Kim Price to anyone wanting to sell a property in the Goldsby/Washington area of Oklahoma. She is personable, knowledgeable, and a good negotiator - all important skills for a successful transaction. Kim was employed by a Century 21 office when we originally hired her, but I think the name may have changed. We liked Kim, we felt she was representing our interests well, and we were especially interested in the fact that she was very familiar with the area where our property was located, particularly since we were out of state owners. Kim did a great job in the negotiations, and in listening to our desire to have the property close within the 2015 calendar year - she acted on that, and got the job done. Since it was a parcel of land, I don't know the extent to which she advertised nor to which advertising was a necessity, so I could not really speak to that issue.

Kim, She works very hard to find a house for the right fit. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a houses in the area. Kim has great work ethic and works hard to please you.
