Seller reviewI knew we had made the right decision selecting Kim as our agent as soon as I spoke to her. My brother and I had been trying to do a deed in lieu for almost a year on a vacant house we owned and used as rental property. We were at out wits end when we decided to do a short sale back in February and we lived out of state. She immediately stepped into action.
