Buyer reviewWe can tell that Kim cared about our needs. When a house wasn't up to her standards, she would be honest. She was knowledgeable about the Kalamazoo area and other topics/ areas that aren't necessarily in her job description. She also made it a point to make time for us when we needed to view a house quickly. Although our lender experience wasn't ideal, Kim stayed consistent and continued to show up in the waya needed.
