Buyer reviewKim has been a true gem to work with and know. She sold our house is less the 24 hours, then found us a new home while we were out of state. The part that we really enjoyed about working with her is that she never made it appear to be work. Kim listened to us, guided us and then made our dreams come true. She also has a great sense of style and continued to stay in touch after the sell to help us make the most of our new home. We might have hired a real estate agent, but we found an awesome friend.

Seller reviewWe were impressed with Kim from day one. She knows the business, is always professional but ends up being your friend as well. In our case, she ended up doing things that the buyers's broker should have been doing just to keep things on track. She kept in touch on a regular basis even though we had several personal issues that delayed our listing the property. She gave us step by step info on what we needed to do as well as how each step in the process was going to work, and she even offered to help us paint. We are in the market for another home and nothing will keep us from using Kim on that search.
