Buyer reviewThere wasn't a selection process because Kim Allard is simply the best!!! Although is she a busy woman and wears many hats, she was always available when we needed her (for a question, showing, etc). If for some (rare) reason she had a prior commitment, she made sure one of her agents would be available so we wouldn't miss an open house or showing. Literally couldn't ask for any better. She is personable, super knowledgeable about the area, and truly cares about her clients.
