Buyer reviewKim was fantastic to work with - experienced, knowledgeable and personable. Our purchase required negotiation - but with a family whose home had been built by the father (now deceased) and mother (who had lived there her entire life until recently.) Despite the emotional attachment of the family to the home, Kim was able to successfully, yet tactfully, negotiate an equitable price quickly. We appreciate all that she did on our behalf to get us into our new home!

Buyer reviewWe wanted a professional with the most experience, connections, knowledge...we knew that would be Kim!! Kim Allard Moccia listened to our needs/wants. We couldn't believe how much she knew about the structures of the homes we looked at. She was also so helpful in offering advice for materials and what/how we might need to fix things after we bought the house. It wasn't an ok, house is sold, goodbye. It was so thoughtful of her to help us with our WHOLE experience...even the after we buy it part! Kim Allard Moccia was so patient. We had never bought a home before. I was a nervous wreck with a million questions. She never made me feel bad about asking all my crazy questions. She always got back to us so quickly! As my husband said...there is no one else I would have wanted negotiating houses for us...Kim was a bulldog in negotiations, but with a puppy dog heart :)

Seller reviewMy Husband and I were going through a bad time and had to put our home up for short sell and my sister in-law gave us Kimberly name and we called her. She was very understanding and took over for us dealing with Chase and putting the home up for short sell. It was on sell for 2 1/2 years. I would recommend her and your company to anyone. I fell the Kimberly and the Lawers that you have are the BEST!!
