We first met over coffee at the beginning of my homebuying process to talk about what is important for me in a home (in my case, location) as well as how much I might be interested putting in as a down payment. After getting pre-approved for a mortgage, we had a follow up conversation to talk about realistic concessions I might be willing to make in order to still make my home-buying goals a reality. Kim continued to work with me, attending open houses with me and ultimately helping me buy my first home in Montclair, NJ!
