The sale of my home was a long, arduous process due to tribulations with the market. Over this time, Kimberly always worked diligently and tirelessly. She always made herself available at all hours of the day and was always willing to offer her assistance. I lived in CA during the sales process and was unavailable to handle matters that are required to put ones home on the market. In my absence, Kimberly assumed responsibly, without hesitation, for handling all these matters. I couldn't be more satisfied with her services.

Kimberly Lease was exactly who we needed to sell our home! She made the entire process a breeze even though we were selling from out-of-state and couldn't meet in person. She was always available when we had questions and easy to work with. Definitely on top of every detail! We especially had to trust in her recommendations for contractors for painting the entire interior, cleaning and landscaping. We hired everyone she recommended and they were all absolutely amazing and the services they provided went above and beyond, just like Kimberly. We really felt she was on our side and we appreciated the effort she put forth in negotiating on our behalf. We are so thankful to have had Kimberly as our realtor!!

WOW! Kimberly is not only professional and knowledgeable but she is always a step ahead, anticipating our needs. As an out of town buyer, Kimberly went above and beyond to find us the perfect house. Most of our home search was done from another state,but Kimberly knew exactly what we wanted and communicated so well that we felt like we were right there with her.
