Seller reviewThe reason we chose Centery 21 was solely due to Kim and her willingness to help us, even though we had not signed with her. We had offers from 10 or more realtors. My son thought she was a church acquaintance and received advice from her without question, as we originally were going to sell by owner. After finding out she was just being helpful, we decided she was the one to help us sell. She is very professional, friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose her again.

We talked to her for long periods of time before we even met her and she was so personable, friendly, funny like we were old friends. She helped us to understand the selling process, what to do, what not to do. She is so knowledgeable in her job! We had a lot of people interested in our house and she guided us in finding the perfect buyer. After 26 years in our house it was somewhat emotional to leave but Kimberly was there whenever we needed her, keeping us up to date on everything. She worked extremely hard to sell my house one month after it was listed, and kept going strong when our first offer fell through. Anyone selling or buying a home would be lucky to have her as their realtor. She is very experienced, was also my propertly manager, and I knew I would be well taken care of with her as my realtor when it was time to sell my home. She thoroughly went over all the documents with me. She is friendly, patient, kind, and explained anything I didn't understand. I trust her implicitly.
