Buyer reviewKimberly O'Neil Mara is a very easy person with whom to work. She is calm, positive, extremely polite and always accessible. She was always willing to help us with some of the extra details. Here is a small example: due to a very tight closing-and-move schedule, we were looking at a refrigerator of food that was going to spoil. Kim dropped by at 8pm in the evening to help move the refrigerator contents. Yeah, we could have survived the financial loss, but this way we saved waste and even more importantly, a shopping trip during a very hectic time.

Our challenge really was the builder and his agent who would not communicate with us in a professional and timely way. Kim was helpful in trying to manage that. Overall she was reachable which was very important to me.

Seller reviewWhen we first met with Kim, we were a little skeptical that she (let alone anyone) would be able to sell our house for the price we wanted to get. After our first meeting with her, we knew that we were in the right hands. Her understanding of our local market was a huge advantage, and she was extremely confident and positive. She was a wealth of knowledge in answering our constant flow of questions, and was also very patient and kind. Kim under-promised and over-delivered. She was realistic about setting our expectations, but was always confident that our house would sell. And it did! Our house sold in less than 12 hours, at 5% over our asking price. We were absolutely floored. Working with Kim was a true pleasure, and is someone we will (and do!) recommend to our friends and family. Thank you for everything!
