Kimberly Olbrich has taken her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes to the world of real estate, becoming the top producer five years in a row with Century 21 Citrus Realty and currently ranked #28 in the state of California. Following her company's core vision and values, Kimberly has built a reputation for outstanding service receiving pinnacle award for quality service helping buyers and sellers predominately in the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas of Southern California. With nearly 14 years of experience, Kimberly offers a deep sense of commitment to providing the results her clients seek whether buying and or selling their dream home. She has been awarded the only President's Award in her office 2018 and 2019 and consistently received it 2020, '21 and '22, Masters Diamond 2017, Masters Emerald 2016 and Centurion 2015. Kimberly lives in West Covina with her husband of 20 years, six dogs and six cats. When she is not selling real estate, she likes to spend time with her grandchildren, hike local trails, enjoy RV trips, Disneyland with friends and plays piano. She was so helpful in navigating the whole process right from the beginning. She was very knowledgeable with the current market and setting the asking price. She let us know when our house should be sold if the house was fairly priced and in fact, that indeed happened. Kimberly is a great person. From our first meeting, we could tell that she is a. true professional. She is genuine, personal, reliable, and is a great communicator, all of which fostered a trusting relationship. She held an Open House only 2 days after our house was listed. She kept us "in the loop," letting us know of any updates and communications between the buyer's realtor and us. She made us feel calm during this very daunting and stressful whirlwind process of selling our home. We wouldn't hesitate for even a moment in recommending Kimberly to any and all future clients.
