I had several experiences buying/selling homes w/ other agents. I was never satisfied and thought that's how all realtors were. I was highly referred to Kimberly by my coworker when I was selling my other home. I couldn't break my contract at the time but noted that I'd contact her for next biz. Working with Kimberly has been exceptional! From our first meeting to casually show the house, she came prepared w/ presentation book that included everything I needed to know. There was no doubt we wouldn't sign contract after the meeting, although I had already decided beforehand. From preparing us to get the home ready to be listed, marketing plans, follow through, open houses, reviewing offers, and throuhout escrow, Kimberly really exceeded our expectations. She is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and responsive. She possesses all skill sets you want from a realtor. If you want to be happy with your home transaction, I wouldnt recommend anyone else but Kimberly!

We had a great experience with both our real estate agency and most importantly, with our agent Kimberly Olbrich! She was so helpful in navigating the whole process right from the beginning. She was very knowledgeable with the current market and setting the asking price. She let us know when our house should be sold if the house was fairly priced and in fact, that indeed happened. Kimberly is a great person. From our first meeting, we could tell that she is a. true professional. She is genuine, personal, reliable, and is a great communicator, all of which fostered a trusting relationship. She held an Open House only 2 days after our house was listed. She kept us "in the loop," letting us know of any updates and communications between the buyer's realtor and us. She made us feel calm during this very daunting and stressful whirlwind process of selling our home. We wouldn't hesitate for even a moment in recommending Kimberly to any and all future clients. We were/are 100% satisfied!!!!
