We looked at about 30-40 homes, so many I lost count lol.We started in Nassau county and you eventually you convinced us that Suffolk county would be our best move for what we were looking for and you were 100% correct.From us getting out bid on a few homes to getting finally getting one accepted only to see it fall apart in the final stages because of liens on the property.You kept a positive attitude when I was personally ready to just give up.After we found out the deal fell apart,we were back on the hunt 2 days later.The funniest thing about the home we purchased is that we had no intentions on even looking at it until you convinced us to swing by and take a look.Well I guess you could say the rest is history lol.It took us 8 long months with a lot of ups and downs but we eventually found what we were looking for thanks to you.I would recommend Kim to anyone looking for a home.Thank you again Kim for being kind ,friendly,funny ,helpful and caring.
