Seller reviewIt is the second time that I worked with Kimberly Sethavanish and will definitely contact her if we decide to move back in the area. Dealing with the tenants departure, difficult location and a housing market slowly sliding into a recession was not an easy task. But Kimberly has managed the project from beginning to end without us having to be physically present. I do not think I would have been able to sold the house at that price without her expertise. The commission that Kimberly Sethavanish received for this sale was well deserved and will highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell a house in the Sonoma county.

She does not pressure you into making an offer and encourages you to follow your heart while offering useful expert advice on what items are negotiable. I would highly recommend working with her and would definitely work with her again in the future when buying another home!
