Buyer reviewIf you are looking for an agent that will work hard for you and be responsive to all of your needs, Kim Slucher is the agent for you. She was always available and promptly returned call, texts, and emails. She answered all of our questions and communicated between the seller and ourselves effectively. Even though she was not even the listing agent on the property, in our opinion, she worked harder than the listing agent to make the deal happen. If you need a realtor to help you buy or sell a lake property or any other property, Kim is the agent you should have working for you.

We came in from out of town and she was able to schedule a number of showings on both Saturday and Sunday to enable us to find a great home in a short time period. She facilitated the purchasing process and helped work through some critical details in the 11th hour to ensure we were able to close on the house.
