Buyer reviewKip Barker is a pretty swell guy, darned near as good as Doug Osborne although Doug had a plane and flew me around a bit. The trip up the Cowlitz between the trees was very memorable. And we never got wet. Kip guided me through the process of making the offer, the inspection from Justin Kangas, which was very thorough, the liaison with the Title office and T.J. Guyer and the water inspection and maintenance company Riverside Pump and the septic report from Rychel Inc., and The Roof Doctor to get the leaks fixed. With that sort of guidance the whole thing became not only possible but fun. Without all that help and attention to detail, the process never would have happened.

Gave me options and never pressured me into making decisions. I felt very confident and comfortable throughout the whole process of selling my Dad's home. Kip is very professional but I also felt like he was a friend. I would highly recommend Kip to others and feel very blessed that I had the opportunity to be represented by him. Kip did an amazing job handling all aspects of the sale Kip is an all around good guy... very likeable!!! Thank you for a job well done!!!
