He answered promptly and helped me to look at all the properties we could, despite the current situation, and the fact that my husband was gone on a Navy-related trip. He also helped me to navigate the territory of buyers and dealing with VA loans successfully. To top it off, he was an amazing negotiator on our behalf, and we walked away from this with a fantastic deal on our end as a result. He made sure everything ran smoothly for us with the escrow company and our mortgage officer as well (who was also amazing).
