As a lifelong resident of Bloomington and REALTOR® since 2016, Kirsten loves her community and real estate. Her favorite part of real estate is building relationships and learning more about people to help them achieve their dreams. When not growing agents and managing the top brokerage in Bloomington, Kirsten is doing the most important job: raising her teenage daughter, Maddy. First, she spent countless hours, nights, and weekends trying to find potential houses that would be a good fit for us. Having lived and worked in Bloomington her whole life, Kirsten was very knowledgable about the local housing market. She was always flexible in setting up tours of houses, as well. During the negotiation process, Kirsten did a great job of explaining the legal procedures and maintained solid communication with myself and the seller. She put an incredible amount of effort into making sure that the transaction went smoothly even when uncontrollable hiccups occurred in the process with lenders, contractors, etc. I am so grateful for her help. Kirsten genuinely cares about her clients and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure that we ended up happy with our home purchase. To that end, she reached out to contractors, engineers, and electricians to make sure we could get some desired work done on our house immediately after closing. On top of being a great realtor, Kirsten is genuinely one of the nicest people that you will meet, and we now consider her a personal friend.
