Unfortuately, I have encountered several lesser experienced realtors who can screw-up a sale. Make no mistake, having a professional, like Kitti will enhance the sales experience. I believe Ms. Kitti's style made me feel like I was her most important customer and her only customer. Even though Ms. Kitti has been a realtor around 20 years, she encourages your ideas and readily accepts your input. At the same time, she couches her words well when she has a differing opinion. As I had indicated in my prior comment, I seriously doubt this sale transaction would have been completed if it were not for Ms. Kitti.
