Buyer reviewI met Kitty Platt at an open house in Laguna Woods Village. Later, she helped me secure a summer rental in the same community. My goal at the time was to experience LWV and all it has to offer with the future intent of a real estate purchase. She answered all my questions as they arose along with her own experiences as a long term resident. She is professional, knowledgeable and offers a quick response to calls and texts. Amir Kharrazi, Kitty's husband, shares the same great qualities. They are both quick to respond and go the extra mile. Together, they make a great team. With their help my purchase was very smooth. 5 ***** out of 5 ***** review to them both. Working with them together or separate will make your real estate purchase a pleasant reality.

We had lots of discussions during the process of finding and buying the property, and helped me through all of the glitches that occurred throughout the sale. Her input was invaluable, and I would have been lost without her expertise. I couldn't have done it without her. She deserves 6 stars instead of 5.

Our purchasing process took several months because we were initially not located in California. However, Kitty kept working patiently with us to find the home we were looking for. Even when the initial offers did not succeed, we kept moving on. After the sales, Kitty (and Amir) were very supportive with regard to all aspects of us settling into our new community and home. We were glad and fortunate to have Kitty on our team, and we found the right home for us.
