Seller reviewKris is a true professional who oversees all phases of the transaction in a very real hands on manner. We appreciated her efforts to make this transaction as simple and stress free as possible for us. From the initial meet up, repair referrals, contract negotiations, appraisal negotiation and closing we were very pleased with her service. When property appraisal came in inexplicably low, Kris really stepped up to correct this issue. She documented the accurate comps and submitted a package to the Buyer's lender immediately. She also reached back out to a previous cash offer, immediately, to see if this offer was still on the table. In short, she sprang into action across the board and we credit her efforts with a nicely corrected Valuation. I would highly recommend Kris Macias for your real estate needs.
