Within 5 minutes Kris called me and said lets go look at the home tomorrow. Within 24 hours of that we had a purchase agreement written up and my wife and I were working with lender that Kris recommended. From our first interaction he said "I have a no BS approach" That statement is 100% true. Kris was wonderful to work with, always answered questions either immediately or within hours. He also took the time to learn about our family, our needs, and our wants and was able to make sure this home incorporated all those things. Kris worked incrediably hard on the back end for my wife and I and got us into a beautiful home that we can continue to grow our family in.
